Chocolate smash top oats

I often prep this in the morning, go walk Pepper and when I come back they’re ready & delicious 🤤 I’d call it “overnight oats” but in reality, it’s a whole lot quicker so you can whip it up on the day! 

Strawberry Chia Choc Top Oats Recipe 🍓
Ingredients: 
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds 
1 cup coconut milk (or your choice of plant milk) 
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt 
1 tsp maple syrup 
1/3 cup chopped strawberries  
Topping: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks, melted

Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a medium sized jar or container.
2. Mix well and set in the freezer while you melt the chocolate. 
3. Melt chocolate in a double boiler on the stove until smooth. 
4. Pour melted chocolate on top and set in the freezer for 20 minutes before enjoying.
