Easy vegan rocky road

Easy vegan rocky road recipe:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of
Shredded coconut
Macadamias
Hazelnuts
Dark Chocolate Easter Eggs
Dried Cranberries
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2Tbsp coconut oil

Simple method:
1. Chop and dice all rocky road filling ingredients.
2. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil on a low heat on the stove. My preferred way to do this is by adding boiling water to a small pot, adding a bowl on top to boil.
3. In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate throughout the rocky road fillings and place into a freezer safe container (use baking paper if it's not silicone as you'll need to get it out when frozen!)
4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and add @goodforstore dark chocolate easter eggs ontop.
5. Once frozen for 2 hours - cut into slices/chunks and keep in the freezer until all consumed 🥳
