Rosemary & Pink Salt focaccia

Ingredients
2 tsp instant dry yeast
2 1/2 cups of warm water
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp ground pink himalayan salt
5 cups white flour
Olive oil
3 stalks of rosemary

Method
1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together dry yeast, warm water and maple syrup and leave to sit for five minutes - until foamed.
2. Sift in flour and add salt, before folding together until well combined. Place dough onto a bench top and fold together while you wash the bowl, and drizzle in olive oil.
3. Pop the dough into the olive oil drizzled bowl and leave to rise in for 2+ hours until it doubles in size. Pre-heat your oven to 200degrees fan bake.
4. Take a long shallow pan, grease with vegan butter and place dough inside, spreading out evenly. Drizzle with olive oil or baste with melted vegan butter and 'dimple' with your fingers before adding rosemary and more salt.
5. Pop in the oven to bake for 25 minutes until golden.
