COCONUT FUDGE SLICE RECIPE

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (I used Nuttelex)
1 can of coconut condensed milk
ยผ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 x pack of biscoff (or any vegan biscuits!)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Pinch of salt

Icing
1/2 cup icing sugar
Boiling water
Cocoa powder

Method
1. Add the coconut condensed milk and vegan butter to a small pot, over a medium heat. Stir until melted then remove from the heat.
2. Add the cocoa and vanilla and stir to combine. Crush the biscuits to a crumb and add into the pot. Then add coconut and salt to the mixture and combine.
3. Pack the mixture into a freezer proof, 20cm by 20cm lined container, pressing down firmly. Cool for 10 minutes before icing and cooling again!

- slice can be kept in the freezer for a long time (although if youโ€™re anything like us, itโ€™s unlikely to last past a few weeks!!) ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿค
